Excerpt: The Pursuit of God, The Human Thirst for the Divine, A.W. Tozer

O God, I have tasted Thy goodness, and it has both satisfied me and made me thirsty for more. I am painfully conscious of my need of further grace. I am ashamed of my lack of desire. O God, The Triune God, I want to want Thee; I long to be filled with longing; I thirst to be made more thirsty still. Show me Thy glory, I pray Thee, that so I may know Thee indeed. Begin in mercy a new work of love within me. Say to my soul, "Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away." Then give me grace to rise and follow Thee up from this misty lowland where I have wondered so long. In Jesus' name. Amen

The Tim Day Clan

A perfect way to end a beautiful weekend with the family.....family photos.  And what made it extra special is because ALL of us were together, if only for a few hours towards the end of the visit when Nat and Cheryl and Adalina arrived after church today.  Even before lunch, we decided it would be better to get the pictures out of the way!

18 of us, so far!  :D

8 beautiful GRANDchildren, thank You, Lord!

Jessica (33) and Michael (32)............

...........Elisabeth (30) and Nathanael (28).

Nathanael has always complained that there are NO pictures of him growing up (a few) and Michael told him he had that number doubled today!  LOL!

The blessing of family!

Kara (7) and Adalina (4 months).

The GRANDdaughters.....Hannah (9), Adalina (4 months), Abigail (2 1/2) and Kara (7).

Hannah (9) and Adalina (4 1/2 months).

The GRANDsons!  Michael (12 1/2), Thad (2), Ryan (7) and Chance (3 1/2).

I found these butterfly transfer sheets at the thrift store and knew they would be perfect for Hannah and Kara who are just about the same size (Kara is quickly passing Hannah in height!).  Their mommies brought a couple of pink shirts and they look absolutely beautiful with the butterflies on them!

It was a GRAND weekend!  Nathanael and Cheryl will be spending the night with us tonight and going home sometime tomorrow.  Nathanael worked last night so he is currently taking a nap before church.  Adalina is catching a few winks, too!

Thank you all for the wonderful weekend!  Wish we could get together more often!  Love you all!
