I hope this is true because today (two days ago now) was a beautiful day all the way around.  Mark and I ate lunch at Cagney’s.  The chicken and dumplings special was good, but Ilene would have called the dumplings “sad,” meaning they were chewy.  I like them better fluffy.  When she first told me that was how her husband liked them I had no idea what she was talking about!  I think it is a WV thing!
