Excerpt: The Pursuit of God, The Human Thirst for the Divine, A.W. Tozer

O God, I have tasted Thy goodness, and it has both satisfied me and made me thirsty for more. I am painfully conscious of my need of further grace. I am ashamed of my lack of desire. O God, The Triune God, I want to want Thee; I long to be filled with longing; I thirst to be made more thirsty still. Show me Thy glory, I pray Thee, that so I may know Thee indeed. Begin in mercy a new work of love within me. Say to my soul, "Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away." Then give me grace to rise and follow Thee up from this misty lowland where I have wondered so long. In Jesus' name. Amen

June 1, 2009

WOW! It is June already! Where has this year gone?! Today's page is a bit different. After I wrapped my hair in a towel this morning, I thought, I wonder how this hair wrapping got started? So, I asked Ask.com but didn't really find anything. But, I did see that there were instructions on how to wrap your hair on wikihow.com! I thought that was pretty interesting in a funny sort of way! Who would have thot that you need step by step instructions on how to wrap your wet hair in a towel, LOL! Well, anyway, enough of that!

I want to tell you about the kit I made the page with. Pretty bright, huh? Well, this is a sneak peek of a new kit I am working on called, "Butterflies Are Free." I just love butterflies! They are just so beautiful and so delicate. One of God's amazing creations! Another amazing thing about butterflies is how they die as a caterpillar and are reborn as a butterfly! This is the perfect picture of the sinner who is born again and becomes a Christian. A beautiful picture!

OK, so be patient while I finish up my kit! I'll post a link to the download(s) once I get it finished! I can't wait for you (and me) to see the finished product, LOL!

Thanks for stopping by!
