It has been almost a month since I last posted.....July 17th. Lots has happened between then and now:
Friday, July 19th we traveled to WV and spent the night with Liz and family.
Saturday, July 20th we gave Cheryl and Nat a baby shower. Then we followed Jessica to Lancaster to spend the night.
Sunday, July 21st we attended church with Jessica and family. Sunday evening at the services, Michael was baptized along with 6 others, I believe. After the services we traveled back to WV to spend the night with Liz and family.
Monday, July 22nd we headed to Talcott, WV for the Mountain State Bible Conference that Tim preached in every night.
Thursday, July 25th we headed back to Liz's to spend the night.
Friday, July 26th we headed back to NC with Hannah, Ryan and Abigail.
Monday, July 29th began a full week of VBS. I was amazed at how well Abigail did!
Friday, August 2nd Liz and Brad and Jessica and the boys came in time to attend VBS. Liz and Brad actually arrived when we were almost finished.
Saturday, August 3rd Jessica and I took the kids swimming while Liz and Brad went to check out some houses. Then Liz and Brad and family returned home so they could be there for their open house for 2 prospective buyers (which ended up being no-shows!)
Sunday, August 4th Jessica and the boys left for home around 2:00 in the afternoon.
Monday, August 5th we traveled to Veterans Hospital in Cincinnati where Tim's dad had been admitted for pneumonia, dehydration and irregular heart beat.
He had already been released by the time we got there, so we went to
visit him at the house but didn't stay too long because he was pretty
weak still. Then we went to see Tim's mom. We traveled back to Liz's house to spend the night.
Tuesday, August 6th we traveled to the pastors and wives retreat in Boone, NC.
Friday, August 9th we traveled home!
So there you have the breakdown of the activities for the last 3 weeks! I'll post some pictures perhaps tomorrow!

O God, I have tasted Thy goodness, and it has both satisfied me and made me thirsty for more. I am painfully conscious of my need of further grace. I am ashamed of my lack of desire. O God, The Triune God, I want to want Thee; I long to be filled with longing; I thirst to be made more thirsty still. Show me Thy glory, I pray Thee, that so I may know Thee indeed. Begin in mercy a new work of love within me. Say to my soul, "Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away." Then give me grace to rise and follow Thee up from this misty lowland where I have wondered so long. In Jesus' name. Amen

And I thought I was busy ;)
Looks like a fabulous summer with your babies and grandbabies! Looking forward to those pictures. :-)
Once we move down, you have to stop all extra activities that do not involve my kids! J/k but seriously, that's a lot of traveling!
