I have some fantastic news and photos for you! And I want to show you how God is answering prayer on Tim's behalf in healing his cancer.
As I said in my last post, we started seeing results from the Treatment #3 that he is currently on in less than a week! I believe I also mentioned that when we went back to the doctor 2 weeks after beginning this treatment, the doctor told Tim the lump (goose egg) on the top of his head would be the most stubborn to get rid of. That was 2 weeks ago this Friday. But, I'm going to show you the difference from 2 weeks ago to tonight.
This first photo was taken 2 weeks ago this coming Saturday. You can see how high the hair is on the right side of his head (click on the picture to get a better look).
This past Sunday, I noticed that the lump was not as hard as it had been. And it was noticeable that it had began to shrink. Well, tonight during church Tim rubbed his hand over his hair and showed us how much it has gone down since Sunday! His hair has a wave right to the left side of the lump and his hair always looks unkempt. So, I didn't notice any difference in the lump this week until he flattened his hair down in church! WOW! How amazing is this? There is barely anything still there!
So, I am praising the Lord tonight! And I want to thank each and every one of you who have been praying so faithfully for Tim. The Lord is hearing and answering our prayers! Friday he begins the 2nd month on this treatment. He has another refill after this one. Then they will do scans. Keep praying that by the time he gets those scans that he will be cancer free! Our God is able!

O God, I have tasted Thy goodness, and it has both satisfied me and made me thirsty for more. I am painfully conscious of my need of further grace. I am ashamed of my lack of desire. O God, The Triune God, I want to want Thee; I long to be filled with longing; I thirst to be made more thirsty still. Show me Thy glory, I pray Thee, that so I may know Thee indeed. Begin in mercy a new work of love within me. Say to my soul, "Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away." Then give me grace to rise and follow Thee up from this misty lowland where I have wondered so long. In Jesus' name. Amen

Woo-hoo!!!!!! So happy for you and Tim. May the healing continue!!!
This makes me so darn happy I had to shed a tear. And Tim doesn't look the "worse for wear" that treatments usually cause. You both look wonderful and I am thrilled at this news!!! God is so, so good.
