Had to get out of that bed!! So we rearranged the furniture and his
pole so he could sit up for awhile. He was hoping to be able to get a
shower but the nurse (change of shift) wanted to watch his BP for awhile
to determine if he would be stable enough to stand without getting
dizzy. It was 106/81 I think, so we didn't understand why, but, being
the good patient that he is, Tim told her, "you're the boss, you
will just have to deal with a stinky patient!"
I packed everything
back in his suitcase to get ready for being moved to the new room in
the Cancer center. And I brought home everything that just wasn't
absolutely necessary from the drawers, etc, so the nurses wouldn't have
to mess with it tomorrow. We are hoping and praying the move does not
interfere with the doses and/or the critical "cocooning" period!
I left for the night so I could come home and get some meds for my
tooth. Tim will let me know when the move is made so I will know where
to park and what room he will be in. When I left, he shut the TV down,
covered up, turned out the overhead lights and had me shut the door as I
left. He is one tired guy!
Happy to be out of the bed!
You can see how tired he is in his eyes! My poor, tired baby! Love this man with everything I have! What a blessing he has been in my life! Thank You, Lord!
