Excerpt: The Pursuit of God, The Human Thirst for the Divine, A.W. Tozer

O God, I have tasted Thy goodness, and it has both satisfied me and made me thirsty for more. I am painfully conscious of my need of further grace. I am ashamed of my lack of desire. O God, The Triune God, I want to want Thee; I long to be filled with longing; I thirst to be made more thirsty still. Show me Thy glory, I pray Thee, that so I may know Thee indeed. Begin in mercy a new work of love within me. Say to my soul, "Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away." Then give me grace to rise and follow Thee up from this misty lowland where I have wondered so long. In Jesus' name. Amen

Puzzling

Hi!  My name is Vicky and I'm a fontaholic!

I like the font challenge because it forces me to search through the hundreds and hundreds of fonts I have.  I am bad about using the same ones over and over and over again!

In case you are interested, you can find out more about the Font Challenge #5 here:  https://oscraps.com/community/threads/january-challenge-5-font-challenge.34686/

Journaling reads: Ilene and I began work on one of the puzzles she got for Christmas. It took us all afternoon just to get the border in place! Even at that, we still have a few pieces that are missing or not in the right place!

Ilene and I went to lunch at Olive Garden because I needed to make a trip to Costco which is right around the corner from Olive Garden.  I picked her up at about 10:40 and we went to Olive Garden first since neither of us had eaten yet.  We both got the lunch portion of the Chicken Alfredo and Salad and Bread sticks and Sweet tea.  It was yummy, as always!  After eating lots of salad, we could only eat half of our chicken Alfredo, so we took the rest home for our supper!  It was yummy the second time around, too!  And we made sure to take some tea home, too, since it was $3.19 per glass!  OY VEY!  And because we added chicken to our Alfredo, that was $3.99 more!  By the time we added the tip we each paid a little over $20!  Can't do that too often!  But it was good!

We are going to get together again tomorrow to do some more puzzling while Mark is working on building a shelter for his sawmill.  She is even going to fix breakfast for me!  How sweet!
