O God, I have tasted Thy goodness, and it has both satisfied me and made me thirsty for more. I am painfully conscious of my need of further grace. I am ashamed of my lack of desire. O God, The Triune God, I want to want Thee; I long to be filled with longing; I thirst to be made more thirsty still. Show me Thy glory, I pray Thee, that so I may know Thee indeed. Begin in mercy a new work of love within me. Say to my soul, "Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away." Then give me grace to rise and follow Thee up from this misty lowland where I have wondered so long. In Jesus' name. Amen

Weird Moth

Today .....
Up at 8
Breakfast
Bible
Turn some tea on to boil
Run white car to have oil changed
Turn the tea off
Run neighbor to the doctor
Checkbook work
Run to pick up white car
Run to hospital to pick up Tim's cancer meds
Run to Walmart to make deposit and pick up some groceries
Run to see man in rehab
Supper - Blueberry pancakes (Tim fixed) sausage (I fixed)
Dishes
Fix and bake brownies
Knit for a little while
Run next door to help neighbor get elderly woman back in bed
Eat some a turtle brownie and turtle tracks ice cream

paint
read
bed
WHEW!
knitting on my shawl.....it went with me lots of places today.....about 10 more inches to go!

Tim did not know what this was, so I googled "weird moths" and lo and behold, I found it!  According to the Woods, Walks and Wildlife blog, this is a Morning glory plume moth.  Weird, for sure!

And the photo prompt of choice today:  Breakfast
Biscuits with blackberry jelly and bacon.  YUM!
