Excerpt: The Pursuit of God, The Human Thirst for the Divine, A.W. Tozer

O God, I have tasted Thy goodness, and it has both satisfied me and made me thirsty for more. I am painfully conscious of my need of further grace. I am ashamed of my lack of desire. O God, The Triune God, I want to want Thee; I long to be filled with longing; I thirst to be made more thirsty still. Show me Thy glory, I pray Thee, that so I may know Thee indeed. Begin in mercy a new work of love within me. Say to my soul, "Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away." Then give me grace to rise and follow Thee up from this misty lowland where I have wondered so long. In Jesus' name. Amen

Another Saturday

Just the typical Saturday chores of cleaning and laundry.  But, mingled in with the laundry was working on more baby items.  Today's project was making some wash cloths from some cotton yarn that I have in my stash.  My purpose in making the baby items was to get rid of some of the yarn stash I have.  I don't know if I'll get any other baby items made this week or not.

We had Cincinnati chili for supper tonight!  YUM!  Very good, especially on a very chilly day!  We are supposed to get some snow between 4 am and 7 am tonight.  And I just remembered that I am losing an hour of sleep tonight, so here are the pictures for the day and I'm outta here!  Nite!

Loved the sky behind the church tonight after sunset

The March moon

March’s Full Moon is traditionally called the Full Worm Moon.
You can read more about March's Moon HERE.

Here's one of the two baby wash cloths I got done today.  Once again, the color is off.  They are blue.
